The receiver does not need a vAudioLink account. Scene Share adds one Incoming Program source containing both video and audio.

Install and open Scene Share

Install vScene, restart OBS, then select Docks → vAudioLink Scene Share.

Choose the receiver route

On Set up Scene Share, select Paste Receiver SRT URL.The dock displays Receiving the shared scene.

Paste the encrypted URL

Paste the complete srt:// Receiver SRT URL from the sender. Do not edit its query parameters or reveal it publicly.The dock may automatically recognize a complete URL. Otherwise, select Start viewing.

Add Incoming Program

Select Start viewing or + Add “Incoming Program” to scene when offered.Expected result: OBS creates or updates one plugin-managed source named Incoming Program in the current scene.

Place the source

Position, crop, and scale Incoming Program like another scene item. Keep its audio and video together instead of rebuilding the share with separate paths.

Verify health

Watch the receiving state, download throughput, delay, and preview. Ask the sender for a visible clap or slate with speech.Expected result: video renders, audio meters move, and the clap remains synchronized.
Do not add the received audio through a second source. Scene Share already carries audio and video together; a duplicate audio path can sound delayed.

Reuse behavior

When the plugin finds its managed Incoming Program source, it updates or reuses it rather than creating unrelated duplicates. A same-named source created by the user is not assumed to be plugin-owned.

Leave

Select Leave session. Hide or remove Incoming Program if you do not want the last frame or disconnected source in the current scene.
