Each product has its own installer and OBS dock. Install only the product or products you plan to use.
1

Confirm OBS is supported

In OBS, open Help → About and confirm you are using 64-bit OBS Studio 30 or 31 on Windows 11.If OBS is older, update OBS before installing vAudioLink.
2

Download the approved installer

Open the vAudioLink Downloads page and choose:
  • vAudioLink ASMR for ASMR Collab.
  • vAudioLink Karaoke for Music Collab.
  • vScene for Scene Share.
Use the promoted download rather than an arbitrary build artifact.
3

Close OBS completely

Exit OBS and confirm no OBS window remains open. If an update previously failed, use Task Manager to confirm obs64.exe is no longer running.
4

Run the installer

Open the downloaded .exe, accept the Windows prompt only if the publisher and filename match the release you intended to install, and complete the installer.Keep the detected OBS installation location unless you intentionally use a non-standard OBS installation.
5

Start OBS and open the dock

Reopen OBS and select Docks from the top menu.Look for the installed product:
  • vAudioLink OBS ASMR Panel
  • Music Collab or the vAudioLink Karaoke dock
  • vAudioLink Scene Share
6

Dock it in your workspace

Select the dock, drag it into a convenient position, and save your OBS profile or layout as you normally would. The dock should show its first-use route selection or sign-in screen without changing the current scene.
Installing a vAudioLink dock does not replace your OBS streaming service, stream key, recording settings, or global audio configuration.

Verify the installation

  • The expected dock appears under Docks.
  • Opening it does not produce a missing-module message.
  • Existing scenes and sources are unchanged.
  • The dock offers a host/sender route and a guest/receiver route appropriate to the product.
  1. Exit every OBS process.
  2. Run the correct 64-bit installer again.
  3. Confirm it targeted the OBS installation you actually launch.
  4. Reopen OBS and check Help → Log Files → View Current Log for the plugin name.
  5. Continue with installation troubleshooting.
