## Recommended session equipment

* Closed-back headphones for both participants.
* A wired network connection where practical.
* A separate private channel for sharing the guest key.
* Enough time for a local test recording before the live session.
* A fallback communication channel if the production connection needs to be restarted.

## Network and security check

* Allow OBS and the installed vAudioLink plugin through endpoint security software.
* Do not publish guest keys, receiver URLs, access tokens, or OBS logs containing secrets.
* Verify both Windows clocks are set automatically.
* If a corporate or school network blocks the connection, test on another trusted network before changing firewall policy.
